Terms
Last updated 22 October 2026.
1. Who this is.
GOLDRUSH publishes an index of AI monetization ideas at goldrushindex.com. GOLDRUSH is the trading name of CHOW YEE HIN (Ian Chow), a sole proprietorship in Hong Kong, and can be reached at goldrushindex@gmail.com. These terms are the agreement between you and GOLDRUSH when you use the site or buy a subscription.
2. What you are buying.
The free index and the weekly letter are free and stay free. The ranked index is the paid product: one subscription, one price, two billing terms — US$14.99 per month, or US$125.92 per year. There are no tiers and no add-ons, and nothing else on the site is for sale.
3. Billing and renewal.
Payment is taken by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel it. The price you agreed to is the price that renews; if it ever changes you will be told before the renewal and can cancel first.
Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax or VAT is added at checkout today: the amount shown before you pay is the amount charged. If that changes, the tax is shown on the receipt before you pay, not added afterwards.
4. Cancelling.
You can cancel at any time from the account page, or by writing to us. Access continues to the end of the term you have paid for, and does not renew after that.
5. Refunds.
The first payment on any term is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge — reply to the receipt and we will do it. After 14 days, a subscription is not refunded for the period already paid, but you can cancel at any time and it will not renew. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
If the paid product is discontinued, the unused part of a term is refunded.
Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the law where you live, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Write to us and we will honour it.
6. Your account.
The ranked index opens in the browser you bought in, and can be opened on another device with a single-use sign-in link sent to your email address. Treat that link as a password. Do not share access. If a subscription is cancelled or refunded, access ends. We may suspend an account that is being used to copy or resell the paid content.
7. What you may do with the content.
The free index rows are published under CC BY 4.0: quote them, credit GOLDRUSH and link back. The paid depth — the six score factors, the receipts and the brief — is for your own use; do not republish or resell it.
8. Third-party claims.
GOLDRUSH indexes claims other people made and links to the original post. We do not verify, endorse or recommend them. Numbers are quoted as the source stated them, and where a source gave no number the row is blank. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and a claim is not a forecast: no result is promised to you.
9. How the analysis is made.
Rows are collected by a scheduled scan of public posts, scored against a published formula, and the brief for each row is drafted with the help of an AI system reading the source, then reviewed before it is published. It can still be wrong. When we find an error we correct the row and say so in public; the route for that is on the corrections page.
10. Availability.
The site is run by a small operation and is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up and the data fresh; we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or retire a feature. If the paid product is discontinued, the unused part of a term is refunded.
11. Liability.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take from reading the site, nor for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud.
12. Age.
The site is for people aged 18 and over.
13. Changes to these terms.
If these terms change in a way that matters, subscribers are told by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new terms.
14. Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong. That does not affect any right you have to sue where you live.
